Case Study

Monday, October 07

09:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Live in Berlin

Less Details

CARIAD is the software arm of the Volkswagen Group. Founded only a few years ago, we have grown into a very large organization with quite flat hierarchy. The MI department itself is now 3 years old, and it has grown from a “one-man-show” into a department supporting the strategy team and the board itself.

In this session you will learn:

  • How to build a department: lessons learned?
  • How to build an insights network within an organization as complex and large as VW Group?
  • How to centralize the insights organization and building an ambassador network?
  • How to act fast in a multi-stakeholder environment?
  • How to create a knowledge platform people can (and want) to contribute to? And how to set the expectations for the management?
