Erik Glitman founded Fletcher/CSI in 1988 and monitors all client activities to ensure they meet expectations and Fletcher/CSI’s quality standards. He has over 35 years of experience consulting on and managing key competitive intelligence projects that support clients’ strategic planning, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives. Erik regularly travels internationally to speak at industry events and facilitate strategy workshops. He also leads frequent webinars on Win/Loss Analysis. Erik has a BS in Environmental Studies from Johnson State College, a BS in Economics from the University of Vermont, and a MA in International Affairs from American University.. He served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), and has written numerous articles on the integration of CI with strategy, tactics, sales, and development. Erik has also served as adjunct faculty at Champlain College, where he taught undergraduate courses in competitive intelligence.

Julia Martin is Program Director at we.CONECT, specializing in the HR and Communication Tech Portfolio as well as the Digital Business Strategy Portfolio. Julia holds a M.Ed. in German and French Studies.

Fluent in German, English, and French, Julia appreciates life's small joys, loves making new connections, and values personal growth moments. She works with a fantastic team in her hometown of Berlin.

In her free time, Julia dedicates herself to music, having enjoyed 15 years of vocal training and playing three instruments. Additionally, she loves various sports and spending time with her family.
