Delia Staffieri is an Italian - Swedish seasoned professional in Business, Competitive, and Market Intelligence and Strategy, dedicated to empowering fact-based decision-making. With over 16 years of experience, she has joined three market intelligence teams early on in their first start-up.
Delia currently holds the newly created role of Senior Manager of Business Market Intelligence within the M&A team at ANGEL, the Italian industrial holding company specialized in designing and developing high-tech solutions for the railway, digital mechatronics, and aerospace sectors.
Delia was part of the inaugural Global Business Market Intelligence & Strategy team at Electrolux. Over her 12-year tenure at the major home appliances manufacturer, she held various positions in BMI across marketing, consumer experience, and business development & M&A. Her contributions culminated in leading global Market Intelligence.
Before that, Delia held pivotal roles in Market Intelligence and Business Development within Piaggio & C.'s Emerging Markets division, reporting to the Regional Head. Prior to joining Piaggio & C., she gained valuable experience in strategic marketing at Merloni Progetti (turnkey engineering), Florette (salads and prepared vegetables), and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in New York.
Delia holds a Bocconi BSc in Economics, an MSc in Business Administration and a CEMS Master in International Management.

As a Professor of Marketing and Strategic Management at CBS International Business School, Cologne, Germany his research is focused on the topic of data-driven decisions. Elvys Nunes has 13 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy & Insights and Sales in leading companies such as Reckitt, Unilever, Nivea, BASF and Johnson & Johnson.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from ESPM in São Paulo, a BA extension from Dorset College in Dublin, and an MBA from Babson College in Boston. Having a proven track record of translating insights into revenue and business development across multiple areas including Brand Positioning, Sales, Digital, Product Management, P&L, Innovation, Media, Pricing, Shopper and Business Analytics, Elvys is now the Global Head of Category Insights and Analytics for Reckitt World's #1 Gastro Gaviscon Brand, located in the UK. There, he is responsible for designing winning growth strategies and unlocking business growth in innovation.
Over 17 years of experience in leading and executing strategy and advisory projects for global clients. Advise clients in developing go-to-market strategy, growth strategy, digital strategy, long-range business plans, new revenue opportunities, new business models, adjacencies, M&A target evaluation and due diligence, competitive intelligence, customer intelligence, and value proposition testing, amongst others.
