Claudia Cramer is Senior Director of Market Research Insights at Statista GmbH, one of the largest business data platforms worldwide. There, she heads the department for customer-specific market research projects, which are carried out on behalf of customers worldwide using quantitative and qualitative survey and analysis methods. Thematically, her department covers the areas of brand, target group, price and product research for numerous industries in the B2C and B2B markets. In addition, the department supports neighbouring Statista divisions in data collection and analysis for market modelling or forecasting. Claudia previously spent five years at KANTAR (formerly TNS Infratest), initially in media research and then as team leader for brand and advertising tracking studies in the Consumer & Retail division. Her first job after completing her MBA in Media Management at the Hamburg Media School (HMS) in 2007 took her to GfK Fernsehforschung, where she worked for three years as a consultant in the field of data fusion projects.
