The Pop in Your Job
I love people. I love enabling them. Thus first, if my 5 cents can help showing colleagues in my organization some connections towards a bigger picture, I love doing that, to contribute to driving good business. Equally second, I love sharing my knowledge and experience inside our intelligence community, to mutually develop fresh thinking, and to keep learning myself, of how to drive good intelligence functions. Equally third, to anyone new to intelligence, I love to advertise the fun and beauty of our truly interdisciplinary job. When I started my career, I had no clue this job existed. Very happy now.

Less Details

  • What role does MI & CI play in shaping and validating a product vision, long before the launch and post-launch phase?
  • How can MI & CI support me as I have to identify opportunities and unmet needs during the ideation phase?
  • How can insights from MI & CI inform key decisions around features, positioning, and target segments in the development phase?
  • How can I best identify the need for cooperation with external partners such as universities? Does my organization need that, and who?
  • At which stage of the product lifecycle do I need to include the assessment of new technologies?
  • How could the overall innovation culture in my organization change, if MI & CI is involved fully and early?
