Changing Perspectives is a communication consultancy designed to teach individuals all over the world how to communicate clearly and thoughtfully create internal information flows so they can do better work and provide more value to their team.
I began my career as an analyst working in brand management, strategy, and new product development (NPD) for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Johnson & Johnson, QVC, and Nielsen. I draw on my ten years of research and analytics experience to help me connect the communication dots across industries and teams.
While at Johnson & Johnson, I led the charge to change the way knowledge and insights were shared across all sectors of the company (Consumer, Pharma, and Medical Devices). I was part of the core team that launched a global cross-sector knowledge management platform, which saved brand teams millions by enabling them to leverage existing consumer research and unite global resources that had previously been siloed.
In 2016, I joined the leadership team at Market Logic Software, a leading knowledge management start-up that was realizing the potential of insight activation. While there, I managed the implementation and maintenance of the SaaS platforms for more than 30 Fortune 500 companies.
I believe that transparency, clear communication, and seamless information flows are keys to the future of work. Changing Perspectives leverages these values to drive the communication revolution, bringing the future of work to life today.
